Design Governance
Special designs are managed under controlled conditions.
When designs are developed from external references, photographs, or materials provided by the client, they must not infringe copyright.
Information, specifications, and developed solutions are handled confidentially and are not shared outside the scope of the corresponding commercial relationship.
Certain designs may be subject to exclusivity conditions, defined on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the design, order volume, and the terms of the corresponding commercial agreement.
Exclusivity, when applicable, must be explicitly established and is not implied in any design.
